All Water's Edge suites are oceanfront and have large balconies, 2 baths, washer and dryer, and free WiFi. The fully equipped kitchens feature dishwasher, range with built-in microwave and full size refrigerator with icemaker, utensils, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Unit 207 is a family suite with dining and sleeping capacity for 6-queen size bed in the bedroom with TV, and phone. The spacious living room offers 2 sofas (queen size fold outs), a 40” HDTV, DVD player and a view of the Atlantic enhanced by the palm trees rising from the oceanfront deck. The balcony is large enough to support a chaise lounge and 2 glider rockers, which our guests rave about. For your pleasure and convenience, we feature indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools, a gift shop, game room, snack bar and a multilevel parking deck attached to the building-park within steps of the unit and avoid the elevator when loading and unloading your car!

Payment Terms: 25% within 72 hours of booking reservation with the remainder due 5 weeks prior to the arrival date. You will find that our rates are lower than many found elsewhere for Water's Edge accommodations but our rates are based on full payment in advance since we have limited capability to re-rent. Our process avoids the expense of real estate agents and front desk personnel but does come with limitations in payment and cancellations as no reservation may be canceled with less than 30 days notice. Our weekly rates reflect the economy of scale and guests requesting less than a week should not expect the same proportional rate. Confirmation emailed within one business day. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date must be paid in full within 48 hours. (Although not obligated to do so, we make a “best efforts” attempt to re-rent cancellations with any proceeds refunded.) *Guests may choose to furnish their own linens or use, launder, and store those in 207. *Guests are also responsible for washing and storing dishes and kitchen utensils before departure. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, or if conditions exist making the unit uninhabitable, a refund will be prorated on a daily basis versus the total amount paid.
